Vision correction

These tips follow the general precautions found in contact lens leaflets. They don't replace your design's instructions for use: if anything differs, the leaflet prevails. Read it carefully before use.

• Before using them for the first time, ask an eye-care professional (ophthalmologist, optician or optometrist) for advice.
• Wash and dry your hands before putting your lenses in or taking them out. Never clean them with tap water. Keep them away from make-up and aerosols.
• Follow the maximum wearing time given in the instructions and don't sleep with your lenses in.
• Don't use them after the expiry date. Don't reuse the storage solution.

• Never share your lenses: a lens that has been worn must not be used by anyone else.
• Remove the lens immediately if you feel pain, irritation, burning, itching, redness, unusual watering, marked dryness or blurred vision. If symptoms persist after removal, see a health professional (ophthalmologist).
• Don't wear these lenses to drive, cycle or operate machinery, or in the shower, bath or swimming pool.
• Don't use them if any contraindication listed in the instructions applies to you.

Delivery

Standard delivery included
Delivered in 3 to 5 working days, preparation included, anywhere in the European Union, with a tracking number sent by email. Nothing to pay on delivery. If your order hasn't been delivered within 35 days of being confirmed, you get a refund.

• Nothing to pay on delivery: import duties and taxes are covered by Tintala.
• Parcel lost, late or damaged? Email us at contact@tintala.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged): we'll send your order again or refund you.

Returns

• You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.
• Return shipping costs are covered by Tintala.
• Refund within 14 days, to the payment method used for your order.

Legal exception (article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code): the right of withdrawal does not apply to lenses whose sealed sterile packaging (blister or vial) has been opened after delivery, for hygiene and health-protection reasons. Lenses whose sealed packaging is intact can be returned.
