Your right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel.
How do you withdraw?
Before the period ends, use one of these methods:
- Online: in our FAQ, open the question “How do I withdraw from my purchase?”, click “Withdraw from the contract here”, fill in the form (name, e-mail, order number, order or delivery date, designs concerned), then click “Confirm withdrawal”.
- By e-mail to contact@tintala.com, with a clear statement of your decision (you can use the model form below).
- By post, with the model form below or any other clear statement, to: Lucas Frasson SCHERER EI (Printcraft – Tintala), 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
We send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay, setting out the content of your statement and its date and time.
Legal exception: opened sterile packaging
Legal exception (article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code): the right of withdrawal does not apply to lenses whose sealed sterile packaging (blister or vial) has been opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Lenses whose sealed packaging is intact can be returned.
Sending your lenses back
- Send the products back no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision to withdraw.
- Return address: Tintala – retours, 30 chemin des Horizons, 06330 Roquefort-les-Pins, France.
- Return costs are paid by Tintala: send your parcel back by a tracked service (for example a tracked letter), then e-mail us the proof of postage at contact@tintala.com. We refund these costs together with your order.
- Pack the products carefully, with their sealed packaging intact and, if possible, your order number.
Refund
We refund all amounts paid for the returned products (as standard delivery is included in the price, no delivery cost is deducted) no later than 14 days after receiving your decision to withdraw.
The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for your order, unless you expressly agree to another means, and at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Defective or non-conforming product, or damaged parcel
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects: see our Terms and conditions of sale. If a product is defective, does not conform or arrives damaged, do not use the lenses and e-mail us at contact@tintala.com with your order number and photos: we resend your order or refund you.
