Halloween Wheel 2026 – Rules

1. Organiser

The Halloween wheel (the “game”) is organised by Lucas Frasson SCHERER, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as Printcraft, who runs the Tintala shop (tintala.com): 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France — SIREN 992 677 864, RCS Paris. Contact: contact@tintala.com.

2. Duration

The game runs from 14 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time).

3. Who can play

• Taking part is free, with no purchase necessary. It is open to any individual living in a country Tintala delivers to. Minors take part under the responsibility of a person with parental authority.
• To play, simply enter a valid email address and spin the wheel. The box to receive our offers by email is optional: ticking it or not changes nothing about your entry or your odds.
• One entry per person (same name, same email address). If you spin again with the same address, the prize already assigned to you is shown again.
• Any fraudulent entry (multiple addresses, bots, technical workarounds) cancels the prizes concerned.

4. How it works

Everyone wins: every entry receives a prize. The prize is drawn at random by our server when you spin the wheel, according to the odds below; the wheel animation shows that result. The odds are the same for every entry.

5. Prizes and odds

The “instead of” prices are the prices charged on tintala.com with the pair offers, without a code. Only one jackpot is up for grabs during the whole game: once it has been won, a draw that would have picked it gives the “4 pairs for the price of 3” prize instead.

6. Using your prize

• Each prize is a discount code shown at the end of the game, with a button that applies it straight to your cart. Keep it: it is not sent by email.
• The code is valid until 1 November 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time), on every design in the shop, once per customer.
• It applies on top of the pair offers (Duo, Trio, 10-pair pack) applied automatically in the cart. It cannot be combined with another discount code.
• It cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash. If you withdraw from your order, only the amounts actually paid are refunded.
• Orders placed with a code remain subject to our Terms of Sale.

7. Personal data

To run the game, we record your email address, the prize and code assigned to you, the date of your entry, the site language and a hashed (non-reversible) fingerprint of your connection. This data is used to assign your prize, to make sure each person plays only once and to prevent fraud (legal basis: performance of these rules and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud). It is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States) in the European Union, and deleted by 31 December 2026 at the latest.

You only receive our news by email if you tick the box provided for this (it is optional and never ticked by default): your address is then added to our mailing list, managed with Shopify (legal basis: your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, without losing your prize. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection…), write to contact@tintala.com. 8. Changes to or end of the game

In the event of force majeure, large-scale fraud or a technical problem preventing the game from running properly, the organiser may shorten, suspend or change it. Codes already assigned remain valid under the conditions above.

9. Access to the rules and governing law
